Rules and Policies of SPTN
The rules of SPTN are very simple, read them once and you will never be banned from the site or not allowed to play the game.
1. CHEATING!
This is by far the most serious offence at SPTN. Although it is quite difficult to cheat in anyway if we find that anything has been tampered with within our game we will forward all your information to the proper authorities. We have connections on all facets of Internet Law Enforcement as well as all Internet Service Providers. If you cheat we will find you and make sure you are prosecuted.
2. SPTN STAFF ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PLAY OR INTERFERE IN THE GAME!
Again, to make it fair for all users, the staff at Corrupt Interactive Inc. may not play SPTN in order to win any prize for any game period. SPTN and Corrupt Interactive Staff will conduct real time experiments with users in the game for testing purposes only. These users may fluctuate on the leader board but after the testing is complete, will be returned to normal status before the testing. Staff is allowed to play but their rank is meaningless in the game.
3. DO NOT EXPLOIT BUGS FOUND IN THE GAME!
Although every effort is made to remove all the bugs in the game, we cannot guarantee that the game is bug free. Thus, if you happen to find a bug and use it to your advantage to improve your ranking within the game, you will be banned from the game. If you do find a bug, please report it immediately to us via email or on the forums. This is very important. If we find that you have exploited a bug and have disrupted any paying members game, we will give all your information to the Federal Authorities as this is fraud and is illegal. This one point is the most important. The game is here to play and we take it VERY seriously.
4. USERNAMES ARE NOT TO BE VULGER OR CONTAIN ANY PROFANITIES!
This is a very simple rule. Usernames, and Screen Names cannot contain any profanity or the administrators will change the name to something of our liking. If this rule is broken more than once, we will remove you from the game. Also, please refrain from advertising your site on our game. If we find any usernames that end in .com or any other ending, we will remove them. We are not free advertising, we are here for you to have fun!
5. PRIZES ARE NOT EXCHANGABLE AND HAVE NO CASH VALUE!
Each game period has a set number of prizes. Each month it is a different prize and can be a combination of tangible prizes such as stereo equipment, electronics, or what have you. These prizes are no way guaranteed and Corrupt Interactive Inc. reserves the right to change the prize at the end of the period with something of equal or greater value. These prizes are FOB Vancouver, BC. Prizes do not include shipping as the shipping is on the Winner! Look forward to bigger prizes each and every period from all of our great sponsors.
General Policies
The staff at Corrupt Interactive Inc. and SPTN have been around for a while and know many of the players in the game. Please be advised that we will go to great lengths to make sure your gaming experience is pleasurable. We have a dedicated forum site to answer questions or concerns regarding the game and also we have our email addresses clearly posted in all areas of the site which you can use to send us a line. Please feel free to tell us what you think or tell us about any problems you may have encountered. If it is true, we will fix it and correct your account to the best of our abilities. We cannot guarantee that your game can be fixed within minutes however each and every email that has followed our guidelines will be answered.
We reserve the right to disallow any member or members we deem not fit to play our game in anyway. We do not need to give you a reason why, if we have sufficient reason, that is enough for us. We also reserve the right to delete accounts if deemed necessary and ban members off the site if there are any rules broken. We WILL NOT ask a user twice to fix a problem. If the problem persists, we will delete your account. Playing this game is not a right, it is a privilege.
The game you are playing belongs to Corrupt Interactive Inc. The code was written by our staff and is copyrighted and may not be used in anyway, shape or form. If we find that our game has been reproduced in any way that resembles SPTN, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. It has taken countless hours to provide an unmatched gaming experience for you; we want to make sure it remains unmatched and playable for many years to come.
SPTN uses many team names and sporting events that occur in Real Time. We appreciate the fact that we are allowed to use these name brands and product brands to further enhance your gaming experience. All products and names belong to their respective owners and Corrupt Interactive Inc. does not own or have any control of any of these lines in any way whatsoever. Product appearance and performance within the game has absolutely no bearing on real world performance of that particular product. We do not endorse nor receive endorsements or compensation for products found in the game.
All information given to SPTN via the Registration Screen becomes property of Corrupt Interactive Inc. and shall not be used in any negative manner.
